1. Only accept defective returns within 7 days, through the FB or IG messenger and official Line@ account. 
2. Please provide the order number (#1234), buyer's name, and photos of the defective goods.
3. The refund will be processed 3-5 working days after the delivery of the return.

1. Defective products must be NEW and packaging with the watch, extra accessories and invoice.
2. Do not accept to refund for defective products that have been used.
3. Do not accept to refund when strap has been adjusted.

1. Credit card payments will be fully refunded.

2. PayPal payments will be refunded after deducting the additional fee.
